Andy Anderson of Hollywood designed the original Western Walk n Draw rig that revolutionised the popular sport of fast Draw in the 1960s. The holster throat, shank and curved hip plate have a steel lining, this gives a very solid structure to the holster. The belt is 2.5 inches wide and has a recess to allow the holster to firmly locate on to the belt and with the holster flaps which can be bent to conform to your body, this helps to lock the holster with the aid of the belt into the hip. The amount of cartridge loops depends on your waist size, small waist = less loops, large waist = more loops. The belt has a heavy brass buckle which is fixed on with Chicago Screws, so the buckle can be changed if you so wish. The belt also has the Gun Fighter stitch which can be seen in the pictures. All my hand made leather goods are made to the best of my ability and at times may have some form of irregularity, flaw, mis-step but they will always be made for purpose and to last, that is what makes it personal and unique.
